Section 1

Tender Overview

DJAG has issued this Invitation to Offer with the objective of purchasing evaluation services to conduct a combined, culturally appropriate evaluation of the Community Justice Group (CJG) program across 40 locations, incorporating an evaluation of the CJG Domestic and Family Violence (DFV enhancement strategy in 18 of the 40 locations).

The evaluation is to be conducted from 1 January 2021 to 21 December 2023.

The Customer has issued this Invitation to Offer to identify a Supplier able to determine the extent to which:

  • the CJG program, including the DFV program is operating as intended across Queensland
  • communities are addressing justice-related issues and how; What is working well and in what contexts?
  • Communities are safe and contacts with the justice system have been reduced.   Who are the strategies working for? What would it take for good outcomes with others?

The full description of the evaluation approach, objectives, scope, timelines and evaluation questions are contained in PACK D: Evaluation Framework for CJGs Section 3.
