The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the design and construction of new concrete footpaths, walkways and Planned Maintenance works at Morayfield State High School, located at 70 Visentin Rd, Morayfield QLD 4506 as part of a school direct funded project.
The works comprises of concrete footpaths and walkways, eaves soffit replacement, painting, roller door and louvre replacement, floor coverings and screening block walls. The works are spread across the entire campus. All works are to be completed by 2 October 2020.
Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:
- Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works
- Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $ 1,000,000
QBCC Licensing and Professional Indemnity Insurance
It is anticipated that a minimum of a QBCC (Low Rise) builders’ licence will be required for this project. Contractors are required to hold Professional Indemnity Insurance in accordance with the contract.
