Section 1

Tender Overview

Redland City Council is seeking Tenders for the design and construction for the fitout of the new SES Building and Compound at 44 Jardine Drive, Redland Bay in Redland City.

The work to be performed under this contract comprises of the provision of the design, all materials, plant, labour and the performance of all operations necessary for the supply/delivery, installation/construction, supervision, certification, testing/commissioning and defects liability for the proposed works including but not limited to:

  • Stage 1: Design Stage; and
  • Stage 2: Construction/installation and certification of internal fit out based on approved design, drawings and scope of works.

Important Notes:

It is preferable that this project is completed by 30 November 2020.

Indicative budget available for design and construct is $300,000.
