The Department is seeking a culturally capable and experienced provider of services that support men to deliver the Men’s Support Service (MSS) in Doomadgee for a term of 3 years commencing 1 January 2021. The program is to be delivered in accordance with this RFQ and the Individuals Investment Specifications. The MSS aims to support a number of policy objectives relating to domestic violence and child protection. The service users are Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander men aged 16 years or older, identified as being affected by alcohol and violence, including as perpetrators of domestic and family violence. The program provides support to clients to:
