Section 1

Tender Overview

Brisbane City Council (Council) is seeking to understand market scale, capability and interest in establishing a Microsoft ecosystem platform that will provide a foundation to enable Council to transform the way it interacts within its own digital ecosystem and with its customers and partners. The platform will deliver an integrated framework that supports re-usable common components across information systems and their flexible configuration, modification and extension. Data and analytics are integral to the ability to assess and continually optimise the performance and effectiveness of digital experiences enabled by the platform.

Council wishes to gain an understanding of products and services (including accelerators, pre-built line of business solutions) in the market which will deliver solution/s on the Microsoft ecosystem (e.g. Dynamics 365) including in the marketplace / app store, allowing Council to trial and adopt entire modules or additional capabilities on the platform as required.
