The Department of Transport and Main Roads (TMR) intends to release an Expression of Interest (EOI) seeking interest from Proponents with demonstrated experience to install, operate, and maintain electric vehicle (EV) infrastructure comprising an ultra-fast EV charging facility (the Project) at the Traveston Commercial Roadside Facility (CRF) and Driver Rest Area (DRA) (Facility).

The Facility is currently under construction and will be situated at 2028 Old Bruce Highway, Coles Creek, Queensland.
