Section 1

Tender Overview

Tenders are invited for the renewal of four tennis courts with works to include new concrete base and court surfacing, together with new fencing and nets.

This is a lump sum construction contract. The entire program of works will be awarded to one Principal Contractor. The successful Contractor will be required to provide all materials, plant and labour, and to perform all necessary operations, to ensure the complete and proper completion of the works associated with this Contract. Continued operation of the tennis centre to the existing clubhouse and remaining two synthetic grass courts is required.


There will be a strong emphasis on the use of local labour and materials. Respondents must clearly demonstrate in their submission the project allocations contributing to the local Sunshine Coast economy and community.
