Smart Service Queensland (SSQ) is part of the Department of Housing and Public Works Queensland. SSQ runs the Govt. Customer Contact Centre, providing services on behalf of other government departments through phone channel, email channel, online, across the counter, etc. SSQ has recently implemented the capability for staff to work remotely using the Microsoft Azure Windows Virtual Desktop (WVD) and connect to the office network. The business operates 24 x 7, hence a 24 x 7 support vendor is being looked for the WVD environment.

SSQ is looking for a support vendor who has practical experience in building and maintaining a WVD environment, have implemented WVD environment for their client/s and/or are currently supporting the WVD environment for their client/s.
