The Queensland Government is seeking Proposals to establish a Standing Offer Arrangement for the delivery of Plan.Drive.Survive. Comprehensive Drink Driving Education Program (the Program. PDS Comprehensive), to eligible repeat drink drivers throughout Queensland. The Program is the Queensland repeat offender education program for drink drivers and program delivery will be funded by TMR. The Program is one of two drink driving education programs being introduced in Queensland as part of broader reforms to drink driving offender management. The Program is a behaviour change education program designed to reduce the proportion of repeat drink drivers that re-offend. It is based on a Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and Motivational Interviewing framework, incorporating adult learning and trauma informed care principles. Over six (6) modules that are approximately two (2) hours in length, the educative and self-reflective program elements are designed to support the development of robust, tailored plans and encourage participants to modify their attitudes and behaviours, with an ultimate goal of separating drinking from driving Offers are to be submitted on the basis that they conform with the following:

Once a correctly executed copy is received, the Confidential Information will be emailed to the Offeror.
