Tender Overview


The Queensland Parliamentary Services is seeking proposals for the Upgrade of the Mechanical Chiller Network located throughout the Parliamentary Annexe building at 69 Alice Street, Brisbane.

Depending on requirements, these goods/services specifically include the demolition, reconfiguration and replacement of:

  • chillers;
  • primary, secondary and condenser water pumps;
  • condenser and chilled water piping; and
  • mechanical services switchboard.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to Covid-19 restrictions, all inspections will be by appointment only. Please contact the designated Contact Officer to arrange an appoinment.
