Tender Overview

Daisy Hill Conservation Park is an iconic natural area with an urban interface to Brisbane’s south-side residents.  It has become a recreational outdoor hub for mountain biking, bushwalking, horse riding, nature-based activities and school excursions.  Daisy Hill Conservation Park is growing in popularity and attracts more than 500,000 local, interstate and international visitors per year.

Queensland Parks and Wildlife Service and Partnerships (QPWS&P) is seeking to engage a suitably experienced contractor and sub-contractor/consultant services to complete construction of the Daisy Hill Facility upgrades.  QPWS&P intends to complete construction by 21 May 2021.

Please refer to the attached documentation which includes Detailed Design and Contract Documentation for construction.

Mandatory Site Inspection:

For further details, please refer to Section 1 of the RFQ document "Site Visit".

Scheduled for Tuesday, 15 December 2020 at 9.30 am.

Registration due via email (procurementDES@des.qld.gov.au) no later than Monday, 14 December 2020 at 1:00 pm.
