Section 1

Tender Overview

The Queensland Government is seeking Proposals for the establishment of a state-wide Standing Offer Arrangement with learning and development providers for the provision of project management learning and development services to uplift staff project and program capabilities.

The Standing Offer Arrangement will provide learning and development services to support the continuous improvement to TMR's maturity in project, program, and policy management and supporting functional components. The application of these services will address the needs and increasing demands on TMR project and program managers and supporting staff in the following areas of program, project and policy management capability:

  • the exercise of learning and development skills to produce and deliver training materials and services
  • delivery of AQF and industry certifications through courses and assessments tailored with TMR-specific examples and real-life work situations
  • delivering methodology courses for program management, project management, and Australian policy cycle and their supporting knowledge area methods such as estimating, scheduling, risk, accessibility, communication and others
  • delivering experience transfer across the range of program and project management knowledge areas identified in the SOA Categories for Experience Transfer.
