Section 1

Tender Overview

The Department of Education via the South East Region is inviting tenders for Refurbishment works to a sports hall located at Capalaba State College.

The works include the Design and Construction of the following:

  • Replacement of existing windows with new walls and roller shutters;
  • Acoustic lining of the new walls;
  • Replacement of the existing ceiling;
  • Replacement of louvres;
  • Replacement of lights and fans;
  • Painting;
  • Work to be carried out in March and early April 2021.
