Tender Overview

The Department of Education (DoE) is inviting tenders from suitably qualified Principal Contractors for the rectification of the Performing Arts Centre located at Kingston State College, 62-84 Bega Road, Kingston QLD 4114.  The scope includes a full roof replacement and rectification of various defects.

Electronic tenders are to be submitted by 2:00 pm, Friday 12th February 2021 at ridgemill@ridgemill.com.au

 

Site Visit Details

10:00 am, Friday 29th January 2021 at Kingston State College.  Site visit is mandatory.

 

Additional Information 

All attendees to meet at the Administration building prior to inspection. 

COVID-19 Social Distancing protocols will apply. Pre-registration of attending the site inspection is mandatory to enable adequate social distancing practices to be put in place. Please notify your  attendance to ridgemill@ridgemill.com.au, with a maximum of 1no representative.
