Section 1

Tender Overview

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the construction of a new car park and access walkway at Redland Bay State School, located at 125-141 Gordon Road, Redland Bay QLD 4165, as part of the targeted maintenance program.

The new car park and walkways will be delivered in two stages, with Stage 1 forming the basis of this tender. The work include the formalisation of the car parking on the upper parts of the school to provide 17 car parking spaces and concrete walkways back to the covered walkways. Stage 2 will be delivered under a separate contract at a later date. There is clear site access and working space. Stage 1 works are to be completed by the 28 May 2021.

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:

  • Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works.

 

QBCC Licensing

It is anticipated that a minimum of a QBCC (Structural Landscaping or Low Rise) builders’ licence will be required for this project.
