Tender Overview

In December 2020, Griffith University’s University Council approved the 2021-2025 University Capital Management Plan (CMP). It sets out a proposed capital works program including the Asset Management Plan which aims to identify the investment in existing infrastructure in total. Capital planning constrains expenditure to a budget of $265m over 5 years.

It has a prioritised list of projects and estimates the costs of projects required to maintain the University’s existing assets and new assets required to deliver the University’s strategy (excluding major building projects) and ensure they continue to meet the service delivery requirements of the University.

Griffith University requires a skilled and experienced consultant partner to review this plan and provide insights and critique to enhance the plan in the long term to the benefit of the University.

Please note that only suppliers that meet the hurdle criteria will be considered.

To bid on this opportunity, tender documents are available from the VendorPanel website -https://www.vendorpanel.com.au/PublicTenders.aspx?mode=All&g=6FEAAECCB366&profileGroupId=4755

Applicants are reminded to submit their responses via VendorPanel only no later than the closing date and time noted in the documents. Please DO NOT submit via QTender - this entry is only designed to direct you towards the Vendorpanel page and encourage open competitiveness.
