Tender Overview

This is a notice for information only.  A separate QTender announcement will be issued when an Invitation to Offer (ITO) is released.

The Public Trustee (PT) will be releasing an ITO to engage a supplier to provide a web enabled (Commercial off-the-shelf (COTS)) Complaints Management System with integrated automated workflows which include the following:

  • customers to lodge complaints form through the web
  • single sign on
  • integration with email
  • HP content Manager9
  • include real time dashboards
  • reports with alerts and notifications
  • security audit trails
  • data storage and data backup required within Australia

It is anticipated the ITO will be released via the Queensland Government QTenders Q2-Q3.  Please ensure your QTender registration details are current in order for you to receive relevant email notifications.
