Tender Overview

The Queensland Parliamentary Services is seeking proposals for the fitout of the Burleigh Electorate Office located at Shop 1 Samuel Plaza, 1045 Gold Coast Highway, Palm Beach Qld.

Depending on requirements, this tender specifically includes the provision of:

  • a secure waiting room;
  • a meeting room;
  • office spaces;
  • a storeroom;
  • a PWD compliant kitchenette; and
  • relocation of staff from their current office.

It also includes the demolition of existing facilities within the office.

Pre-booked onsite briefing sessions with restricted numbers are being held. Please read the ITO document for details and contact the Customer Contact to book your spot.
