Section 1

Tender Overview

The Expression of Interest (EOI) process constitutes the first stage of a two-stage procurement process.  The two-stage procurement process enables the Principal to evaluate the Respondent’s capabilities to provide the Principal’s requirements without requiring all Respondents to incur the additional costs involved with the preparation of fully detailed tenders. Only successful Respondents will be subsequently provided the opportunity to submit a tender for the contract to provide the Principal’s requirements.

Powerlink originally implemented SAP as its Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution circa 1999. Since implementation SAP has enabled Powerlink to take an enterprise approach to managing the organisation. Major steps have been taken to align and support key business processes with SAP utilised to capture and report on a wide range of business information in an integrated fashion.  With the current version of the SAP software reaching end of life in 2025, Powerlink is now engaging the market to identify potential integration / implementation partners to provide professional SAP S/4 HANA ERP implementation services.
