Rockhampton Regional Council invites written offers for Tender 14339 - Lease of Restaurant, Rockhampton Museum of Art.

Before making a decision on the offers, Council may invite all persons who have submitted an offer to modify their offer to take account of a change in the requirements.

Knight Frank together with Rockhampton Regional Council are pleased to offer this unique opportunity for an experienced hospitality business to be part of the revitalisation of Rockhampton’s Riverbank Precinct and establish itself as a vibrant destination venue for the region.

Tenders are being sought for the exclusive lease of part of the ground level restaurant and bar area within the new Rockhampton Museum of Art. The available space consists of a commercial kitchen and service area and indoor (air conditioned) dining space opening up internally to the Long Gallery in the Rockhampton Museum of Art and externally to the colonnade and the iconic Customs House.
