Tender Overview

Scope: Energy Queensland Limited (EQL) is seeking proposals for Doc6610087 Sale of Used Transformer Oil

Tenderers are invited by EQL to submit a response to DOC6610087.

The event is expected to be released in EQL’s online tendering tool, SAP Ariba, on 30 June 2021 All relevant documentation (including the proposed Agreement and Response Schedules) will be available from EQL's online tendering tool SAP Ariba from 30 June 2021 until 2:30pm 28 July 2021.

The proposed contract commencement date is 22 November 2021 for a period of 3years. There are also 2 x 24-month extension options available at EQL's discretion.

How to Respond:
Tenderers who wish to submit a response should follow the below instructions:
1. Tenderers who are not already registered in Energy Queensland’s realm in SAP Ariba will be required to register their interest by sending an email to the nominated Contact Officer kylie.reynolds@energyq.com.au.
2. The email subject should contain the event title ‘Doc6610087 Sale of Used Transformer Oil’ and in the email please provide the following information:
    •  Business legal entity name (as displayed in the ABN lookup)
    •  Registered business street address
    •  Contact name, phone number and email address. Note: the contact person needs to be someone within the business that has authority to provide financial data (such as bank account details). Other contacts/users can be added by this authorised Contact once registration is completed
    •  ABN
3. When registration is complete Tenderers will be invited to respond and will be able to access the EQL SAP Ariba realm via a link contained in the email notification. Please note this link will expire within 24 hours.
4. Tenderers must accept the prerequisite Bidder Agreement under the ‘Review and Accept Prerequisites’ tab to ensure all system generated notifications are received. This includes, but is not limited to, Content updates and changes to Event Timing.
5. If the Tenderer elect to submit a response they must do so using SAP Ariba only. Submissions provided via email or QTenders will not be considered for evaluation.
6. Tenderers are encouraged to read all relevant documentation located at https://www.energyq.com.au/suppliers.

The Standing Offer agreement (which outlines all commerical and scope of work requirements) is currently being finalised. An extract of the scope of works is attached to  "Specification Documents" in "Section 3 - Here is the detail".to assist Tenderers in assessing their capability for the scope of work.
