Tender Overview

The State of Queensland acting on behalf of the Department of Environment and Science (DES) (the agency) is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from suitably qualified organisations to provide appropriate products and/or services for booking camp sites and attractions, arranging permits, and for similar and related services.

The key objective of this EOI is to gather information on Commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) products and hybrid solutions available in the market to help finalise technical requirements and obtain indicative costing for budgetary purposes, as well as to seek EOI responses that are industry-led, and address the Department’s National Parks Booking Service solution requirements.  This EOI is one vehicle by which DES can identify potential solutions, and gain a greater understanding of available products in the market.

This EOI is the first stage of a multistage procurement process.

A response to this EOI does not constitute a formal offer from which DES could enter directly into a contract.

Respondents to the EOI will be evaluated against the predetermined Evaluation Criteria detailed in the EOI document and may be shortlisted. Shortlisted Respondents will have the opportunity to progress to a restricted Request for Proposal process, at the sole discretion of the agency.

Requirements and evaluation criteria – please ensure you download the documents, review thoroughly and query with the contact officer or email any specific clarification questions to the contact officer by EOI Final clarification date specified in the timetable.

EOI download and submission – download EOI documents (Section 3 below), then any updates will be forwarded to person via a QTenders alert email notification. Ensure that email is monitored. Submission will be via the button below, therefore ensure you allow adequate time on closing date (as the system strictly closes at 2pm Queensland AEST - without daylight saving).

For detailed information on the specific goods / services sought under this EOI, please review the "Specification Documents" in "Section 3 - Here is the detail".

EOI submissions as outlined in the documents with close electronically via QTenders at the link provided in section 4 below.
