Tender Overview

The Torres and Cape Hospital and Health Service (TCHHS) is seeking a contractor to undertake a range of building services to the Kowanyama Primary Health Care Centre.  The work involves the following:

  • Replacement of the roof and associated plumbing
  • Replacement of ceiling tiles and roof/ceiling insulation
  • Upgrade of hydraulics
  • Upgrade of electricals to include a body protection electrical system
  • Internal and external repaint
  • Other miscellaneous building upgrades
