Tender Overview

Included as part of the  Works for Tradies program (Program), the State of Queensland through QBuild, a business unit of the Department of Energy and Public Works (the Principal) invites you to submit an offer for project 88690/691DC2 - 37 MEERKAT CRESCENT & 18 MEERKAT CRESCENT, DAKABIN - 1X4-BEDROOM DETACHED HOUSE (GENERAL STANDARD).

This Program involves the construction of a number of  new social housing units of accommodation in key regions across Queensland, and is intended to boost housing supply, drive economic activity and support construction across Queensland, post COVID-19. Housing and Homeless Services (HSS) and QBuild are working together to deliver this Program.

 

Mandatory Tender Requirement: One of the key objectives to be achieved through the delivery of this Program is maximising opportunities for locally based building contractors. To be eligible to tender on this project, it is a mandatory requirement for  tenderers  to have a physical office (through which the project will be delivered)  located within 125KM radius of project location.  Failure by a Tenderer to satisfy the above mandatory requirement may result in the Principal declining to accept the Tenderer's Tender.  For details of all mandatory tender requirements, please refer to the Conditions of Tender.
