RFT0262 - On-Site Wastewater Upgrades
Tenders are invited from suitably licenced and experienced Contractors to submit a Design and Construct (D&C) proposal to the large part using documentation being provided by Gympie Regional Council to upgrade a number of on-site wastewater systems at public amenities, amenities, public hall and connection of a community facility to an existing on-site wastewater system to comply with the technical standards of the Specification.

Tenderers must be registered with the VendorPanel site to be able to download documents, request information and submit a Tender.
Suitably endorsed Tenders close at the below website address at 2pm on 13 August 2021. In accordance with s228(8) of the Local Government Regulation 2012 (Regulation), Council may decide not to accept any tenders it receives.
In accordance with s288(9) of the Regulation any accepted tender must be the one deemed most advantageous to Council. It is noted that the lowest price tender may not be the most advantageous.

Tender Information Session
Tender Information Session on Thursday, 29 July 2021 at 10:00am or 2:00pm at Town Hall. 2 Caledonian Hill, GYMPIE, QLD.
It is NOT mandatory to attend the Information Session, but Council strongly recommends prospective Respondents to attend.
Respondents are required to register their attendance for their preferred information session via email to tenders@gympie.qld.gov.au by 5:00 on Tuesday, 27 July 2021.
Masks must be worn if we are in a period of “Masks for Queensland”.
Meet at reception on the ground floor, sign in using the register at the counter and wait until you are collected.
It is strongly encouraged that prospective Respondents visit all the listed sites at their discretion.
Any emerging questions should be made through the VendorPanel portal.
PPE to be worn to any site visits.
Council is following strict guidelines for hygiene and social distancing in response to COVID-19.
Council requires that you do not attend if ANY OF THE FOLLOWING APPLIES TO YOU:
