Tender Overview

Woodridge State High School is calling for tender submissions for the refurbishment of existing Blocks K and J, located at 323 Wembley Rd, Woodridge QLD 4114.


Works extend to the general refubishment and reconfiguration of Block K including new internal partitions, joinery, mechanical reconfiguration and provision of additional power and data to create a staff hub. Blcok J refurbishment includes gereal  Works are to be completed in November 2021.


Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:

• Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works
• Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $ 1,000,000

QBCC Licensing and Professional Indemnity Insurance

It is anticipated that a minimum of a QBCC (Low Rise) builders’ licence will be required for this project. Contractors are
required to hold Professional Indemnity Insurance in accordance with the contract.
