Ports North (Far North Queensland Ports Corporation Limited) is a Queensland Government Owned Corporation responsible for the development and management of the declared ports of Cairns, Cape Flattery, Karumba, Mourilyan, Skardon River, Quintell Beach, Thursday Island, Burketown and Cooktown.
The System and Process Upgrade and Renewal (SPUR) project has been established to replace or renew a range of legacy systems and associated business processes servicing the following business functional areas:
- Finance Management
- Asset Management
- Property Management
- Seaport Management
- Marina Management
- Governance Risk & Compliance
- Electronic Document and Record Management
Through a separate procurement process, Ports North is procuring software products (and related vendor services) to support the business functional areas. Through this RFT (PN715), Ports North is intending to establish a panel of implementation service providers to complement and supplement the capability provided by the software product vendor(s). This panel will be established as a Standing Offer Arrangement (SOA) based on the QITC framework.
Please note, tenders will only be considered from organisations that meet the mandatory criteria of:
- The Tenderer must be a current member of the Queensland Government ICT Services Panel ICTSS13.03B.
- The Tenderer must be able to demonstrate experience (within the last 3 years) in providing implementation services as described in Part B, to clients operating within the Australian Ports, Property and/or Transport sector
