Section 1

Tender Overview

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the completion of the Canteen Refurbishment (with design responsibility) at Benowa State High School located on Meditteranian Drive, Benowa QLD, 4217 as a part of the Smart School Subsidy Scheme (SSS) programme.


The scope comprises full refurbishment of the existing Canteen facility including new kitchen equipment. All works are to be complete by 14 January 2022.


Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:
• Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works
• Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $ 1,000,000.00
