The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the design and construction of Administration and
Staffroom Refurbishment Project at Glenwood State School, located at 13 Glenwood School Road, Glenwood QLD 4570.
The project consists of a refurbishment of the Administration and Staffroom in Block A and E at Glenwood SS. The works consists
of new kitchenette and Vinyl Flooring to the Staffroom and New Walls, Joinery, Shelving, Doors and Stairs to the Admin Block,
The position of the buildings are at the front of the school with limited site access and working space. All works are to be
completed by 14 January 2022.
Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:
- Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works
- Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $ 1,000,000.00
QBCC Licensing and Professional Indemnity Insurance
It is anticipated that a minimum of a QBCC (Low Rise) builders’ licence will be required for this project. Contractors are
required to hold Professional Indemnity Insurance in accordance with the contract.
