Tender Overview

The purpose of this procurement is to engage a supplier to deliver Financial Literacy and Resilience services in the Mount Isa area from January 2022 to December 2023.

The Queensland Government provides funding for Financial Literacy and Resilience services to provide access to financial literacy education, advocacy and referral to people experiencing financial hardship, with a focus on early intervention to assist individuals avoid or manage financial crises. 

People are assisted to access a wide range of support and services suitable to their particular needs, including but not limited to No Interest Loans Scheme (NILS), utility subsidies, gambling help services, and community legal centres.

The Financial Literacy and Resilience program is designed to support people to develop financial literacy and management skills while providing financial support.
