Tender Overview

The purpose of this procurement is to undertake a Hearing Impaired Station Announcements Proof of Concept (PoC) to assess the viability of a solution to provide accurate and timely information to TransLinks hearing impaired customers at bus and rail stations.

While the primary objective of this process if to deliver a short-term PoC activity, there is also a desire to understand what a wider deployment would require, including the ability to estimate cost of wider deployment.

The output of this PoC activity will feed into strategic decision making for TMR in determining the direction of future activities, services, solutions and procurement processes.
