The Department of Agriculture and Fisheries is seeking proposals from suitably qualified suppliers to conduct a cost-benefit analysis of sugarcane research and development projects. The Queensland Government through the Department of Agriculture and Fisheries (DAF) has a contractual arrangement with Sugar Research Australian (SRA) for the delivery of sugarcane research, development and extension (RD&E). The Department is seeking to appoint an external agency to conduct a cost-benefit analysis on sugarcane RD&E projects finalised in the 2020-21 financial year, managed under the Sugar Research and Development Funding Deed of Variation and Extension 2018-21 (the Deed, an agreement between the Department and SRA). Complete requirements are outlined in Schedule 1 of the attached Contract Details.
