Section 1

Tender Overview

The Queensland Government, acting through the Department of Energy and Public Works (DEPW), QBuild, is seeking to establish Contracts for scheduled maintenance services for the below industry sector categories across metropolitan, regional, and remote areas of Queensland.  Tenders will be progressively released from November 2021.

Soft Maintenance - Pest Control, Waste Services, Horticulture, Cleaning, Hygiene Services

Hard Maintenance - Electronic Security, Electronic General, Mechanical Generators, Mechanical Chillers, Mechanical General, Sewerage Treatment, Automatic Doors, HVAC, Playground Equipment

The delivery of the scheduled maintenance works is for QBuild’s partners in various Government owned and managed buildings such as housing, schools, police and fire stations, correctional facilities and general commercial buildings etc.
