The Department of Education is calling for submissions for the design and construction of a new two-storey general learning centre at Calamvale Special School located at 29 Nottingham Road, Calamvale QLD 4116. Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors with a minimum PQC rating Level 3. Tender documentation is available for collection from AECOM. Please contact Bill Perry (Project Manager) on mobile telephone 0416 554 577 or email Bill.Perry@aecom.com for further information. A site visit at the school has been scheduled for Tuesday 14 December 2021 at 9:00 a.m. Submissions close on Wednesday 19 January 2022 at 2:00 p.m. at Decipha Pty Ltd, 2 Duncan Street, West End QLD 4101. IMPORTANT: Where a PQC Level is stated, the Principal is not obliged to provide a tender document, consider or accept a tender unless the tenderer: is pre-qualified under the Queensland Government’s Prequalification (PQC) System to the nominated level (or higher); satisfies financial requirements; and meets project-specific criteria.
