Tender Overview

In response to the recent developments with regards to the Combustible Cladding JCU commissioned building fire safety risk assessment reports to be prepared following an audit of JCU built assets across their 2 main campuses (Townsville and Cairns) that identified the potential presence of combustible cladding (non-confirming) materials. The completed reports have identified 13 buildings that have non-conforming combustible cladding to varying degrees.

JCU require the services of an Architect/Principal Consultant to work with JCU on this project to develop the design through to 100% design development (as either a Deemed to Satisfy (DTS) or alternate solution) prior to tendering to D&C contractors.

JCU invite you to submit a proposal “offer” for the consultancy as described in the documents uploaded.

Kind Regards

JCU Tender
