The following is required for the various elements:
- Site audit – measure / photo existing structural members, facades, work zones as required. Site audit information to be provided to EDQ.
- Preparation of construction/shop drawings to meet design intent and guidelines as per concept design reports and with supplied artwork. All fixtures and fittings to be outlined. To be reviewed and approved by EDQ & wayfinding contractor. Allow 2 rounds of feedback.
- Supply and installation of signage as per approved concept plans and approved construction/shop drawings. Provision of high-grade materials & quality workmanship including a 12-month warranty.
- Includes electrical safety risk assessment and electrical connections by licenced electrician where required. Also includes working at heights for some sites.
- Provide Engineering Form 15 Design Certification and Form 16 Inspection to EDQ by certified Engineers, as required.
- Provide Building approvals / Construction Certificate to EDQ by licenced Building Certifier and/ or Fire Engineering Report by licensed Fire Consultant (if/as required).
- Provide project management to ensure appropriate contracting, WHS/OH&S including working at heights, defect management etc.
- Include any State Gov protocols for work on these areas.
EDQ requires Production and install to match design guidelines
- Must support Northshore brand positioning, key messaging and brand
- Must not compromise or increase risk for Govt and other stakeholders
- Must complement Govt endorsement and visual representation
