QRIC 01.2324 - Design, Manufacture, Supply and Delivery of Urine Sample Bottle Packs
The State of Queensland acting through the Queensland Racing Integrity Commission (the Customer) is seeking Offer(s) from Suppliers for the provision of the supply and scheduled delivery of Urine Sample Bottle Packs as further specified in QRIC 01.2324 ITO Part B - Contract Details, Schedule 1 - Requirements.
In accordance with the ITO, Suppliers may quote to supply in any one or all of the following configurations:
- Part A - Separate bottles and caps
- Part B - Capped and Filled Bottles
- Part C - Complete Bottle Packs.
The Supplier, may as part of its Offer submission, provide example of it’s product for the Customer’s consideration prior to the ITO Closing Date. Refer document QRIC 01.2324 ITO Part B - Contract Details Final (Schedule 1 - Requirements) for further details.
The Customer will have discretion, following detailed evaluation and value for money, to award per the configurations above.
The proposed Contract Term is five (5) years, with annual Supplier performance reviews.
