Tender Overview

Tenders are invited for the Building Rectification Works and Solar PV Installation at Venue 114 - Stage 1.

The aim of the project is to address the maintenance issues of the 20-year-old building and implement a solar photovoltaic (PV) system. Works include, but are not limited to:

• Rectification issues on Eastern side.
• Structural steel repairs.
• Supply and Installation of PV system to Eastern roof.

Due to the Tender Period covering public holidays, Requests for Information (RFIs) will not be responded to between 22 December 2023 and 5 January 2024.

The works to be performed under this Contract include the supply and installation of all materials, plant, labour and the performance of all operations of whatever kind necessary for the complete and proper construction of the works to the standards and quality specified on drawings, specifications, pricing schedule and in this document.

This is a lump sum contract. The project is scheduled to commence in early February 2024 with practical completion by 15 April 2024 or earlier.
An information session will be held on site on 12 December 2023 at 9.00am. Respondents are encouraged to visit the site to familiarise themselves with the site and project requirements.
