Tender Overview

QBuild is a commercialised business unit within the Department of Energy and Public Works that partners with government agencies to deliver their building, construction, and maintenance services. 

In order to enable the delivery of QBuild's services, QBuild requires an Estimation Solution. The Estimation Solution will form part of a broader ecosystem of solutions (See Attachment 1 - Conceptual Solution Architecture).

The Department’s preference is for Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) software solutions to be delivered “as a service”.
