Tender Overview

Gold Coast Hospital and Health Service (GCHHS) is seeking offers for a Principal Design Consultant  GCHHS Sterlisation Services Compliance  Project AS5369

GCHHS seeks to engage a Principal Design Consultant to deliver the following objectives: 


1. Provision of a Schematic Design to meet compliance across all GCHHS reprocessing locations. 
The Schematic Design must be suitable to assist GCHHS achieve Stage A Priority Capital 
Program (PCP) funding.  
2. Provision of a Detailed Design (Construct Only) to meet compliance across all GCHHS 
reprocessing locations. The Detailed Design must be suitable to assist GCHHS achieve Stage B 
PCP funding. 
3. Provision of a ‘Tender Pack’ suitable for a construct only contract and provision of Principal 
Design Consultant services during Tender Phase. 
4. Provision of Building Certification including approvals of Detailed Design/form 15’s for 
Construction stage and provision of Substantial Completion for Practical Completion. 
5. Provision of Principal Design Consultant services during Construction Phase and Defect Liability 
Phase
