The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the upgrade of an OLA & Multipurpose Sports Court at Ithaca Creek SS, located at 49 Lugg Street, Bardon Queensland 4065, as part of the School Subsidy Scheme (SSS) program. All works are to be completed by July 2024. Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:
QBCC Licensing and Professional Indemnity Insurance It is anticipated that a minimum of a QBCC (Low Rise) builders’ licence will be required for this project. Contractors are required to hold Professional Indemnity Insurance in accordance with the contract. Please contact Peter Millatt – Project Manager on peter@honeywill.com.au with your company details and tender documentation will be emailed to contractors. Details of the site inspection will be advised in the email and letters to tenderers. Submissions close on 5/04/2024 at 3:00pm via email to tenders@honeywill.com.au |
