Tender Overview

Pormpuraaw Aboriginal Shire Council is seeking Tenders for the Demolition of existing dwelling and Design and Construction of back-to-back two (2) bedroom Duplexes on existing Lot 65 Yalu Street, Pormpuraaw, Cape York. 

A mandatory tenderer's site inspection will be scheduled the week of the 15th of April. Please refer to the Tender Addendum 1 for details. 

Please lodge your Tender via the QTenders website by the nominated date and time. Please keep a receipt of tender lodgement to confirm day and time lodged.

Please do not lodge your tender to tender@blackm.com as instructed in Clause IT.05 – Tender Lodgement. Tenders will only be accepted if lodged via the QTenders website.
