In 2020, as part of the Queensland State Election, the Queensland Government committed to delivering three new specialist alcohol and other drug (AOD) residential treatment services – adult services in Bundaberg and Ipswich and a youth service in Cairns (inclusive of residential and non-residential treatment services). This Invitation to Offer is for the specialist AOD residential treatment services for adults in Bundaberg only. The other adult service in Ipswich and the Cairns youth service will be managed through separate tender processes. Offers must be lodged using the 360ProTM Procurement Portal https://360providers.apetsoftware.com.au/request/49876 which is a secure system hosted and supported within Australia with features that enable online tender submission and evaluation. 360Pro™ is a third party provided online portal that Queensland Health has selected to use for various social services procurement activities. 360Pro™ can be accessed using Firefox, Google Chrome, Safari and Internet Explorer 9+. There is no fee for service providers to use 360Pro™. Service providers simply register their organisation, log in to 360Pro™ and begin compiling a response, generically referred to in 360Pro™ as a ‘Request’. |
