The Department of Housing, Local Government, Planning and Public Works (HLGPPW) is responsible for delivering the Homes for Queenslanders Capital Construction Program (the Program).
The Program provides a strong investment across Queensland, stimulating local economies. It will deliver developments that respond to the changing needs of communities, while supporting the individual Queensland households who look to social housing as a safety net.
The Expression of Interest (EOI) will be the first stage in a two-stage procurement activity, resulting in a shortlist of suitably qualified and experienced Principal Design Consultants for Stage Two invitations to tender.
